Poler.com.au only offers international shipping to New Zealand
Christmas Update 2021
Australia Post will be working hard over this Christmas season. However, with record numbers of Australians shopping online and the continuing impacts of COVID-19 delays in some regions, we are encouraging all customers to plan ahead. Please place any orders as early as possible to have the best chance for your order to arrive in time for Christmas.
Please see the below recommendations for the latest date an order can be placed to receive your parcel by the 24th Dec. Items lodged after the dates listed below will be delivered as quickly as possible - but they may not arrive until after Christmas.

**These guidelines are for Domestic Shipping and orders to New Zealand. Please place orders as soon as possible for other international destinations.
New Zealand: Flat Rate Shipping (signature required) - $20aud (for orders under to $200aud)
New Zealand: FREE Shipping (signature required) (for orders above to $200aud up to $600aud)
Shipping for New Zealand customers. For orders placed before 11:00am AEST should be received within 3-10 business days *EXCLUDES PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. This information can also be viewed by clicking the track your order link in your shipping confirmation email. They are sent via Australia Post or TNT.
Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which is not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will not replace or offer refunds for orders which are abandoned due to non-payment of taxes and fees required by your country.
POLER IS OPEN 24/7, BUT WE ONLY PROCESS ORDERS MONDAY-FRIDAY EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Poler uses the services of Australia Post / TNT.
Certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to ship via another method. Poler reserves the right to change your shipping method in these cases and will provide tracking details for the new carrier once shipped.
The delivery times provided by Poler are estimates only. Poler will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our shipping pages.
